Developing management capability

We have been an approved coaching provider for over 10 years, coaching middle to senior management roles across all functions, including senior policy advisors and economists, lawyers and senior operational staff.  Ofgem was keen to offer coaching as an additional development option to sustain levels of engagement and performance, and enhance future career options.

Feedback on the coaching reported that ‘attitudes had shifted, managers had benefited from the personalised nature of the support, gaining more self awareness and focus in their roles and future careers, more confidence in their abilities, and had become more pro-active generally’.
