Facilitating change conversations

We’ve worked with NHS and healthcare organisations for the past 15 years, coaching staff in senior clinical and operational leadership roles (e.g. Finance, HR, Performance and Systems , IT, Infection Control, Pharmacology) to strengthen leadership, management and professional capability.

We support staff in acute trusts going through multiple mergers and re-configuration of services to lead on, and deliver their agenda for change.  We also train managers and staff in the conversational skills and techniques to motivate, influence and implement change.

Our understanding of the rapidly changing NHS landscape and resulting complexities and pressures enable us to hold authentic conversations that get to the heart of the challenges staff face. We work in close partnership with internal HR and education leads to ensure that assignments deliver organisational as well as individual outcomes, and align with internal evaluation processes.

Our work is consistently rated as good to excellent, with feedback from line managers and key stakeholders confirming positive results.
